fa ریاضت و تاثیر آن بر تربیت نفسانی سالک تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL">ریاضت تمرین نفس برای تقویت بعد انسانی است، در این منزل سالک سه هدف را دنبال می‌کند:1- دور ساختن غیر حق از خود.2- رام کردن نفس اماره.3- تلطیف روح به وسیله عشق عفیف وفکر ظریف.در اهمیت ریاضت همین بس که مولانا آن را اساس رجوع الی الله می‌داند و حافظ آن راوسیله وصول به محبوب و رسیدن به باطن پسندیده می‌داند وخداوند سبحان نیز آن را عامل راه یابی سالک به حق می‌داند و علی (علیه السلام) در نهج البلاغه آن را سبب بهره‌مندی از اشراقات الهیه معرفی نموده است و پیر هرات برای آن اقسامی ذکر کرده که مهمترین آنها ریاضت اهل الله است ،ریاضتی که سالک را از دو بینی می‌رهاند وبه توحید می‌رساند.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p> <p>Mortification is a self practice to enrich human demension, in this stage the traveler seeks three goals:</p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;">1- Parry non-God from self,</p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;">2- taming concupiscience,</p> <p style="margin-left:14.2pt;">3- softening the soul through chaste love and sheer thought.</p> <p>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;To emphasize on the significance of Mortification it suffices that Rumi considers it as the basis for reverting to Allah (God), and Hafez knows it as a path to reach to the beloved and achieve admirable conscience. Sacrosanct God shows it as a factor for a wayfarer to reach to Him and Ali (peace be upon him) in Nahjul Balaghah describes it as a leading to imparting Divine intuitions.
