fa درنگی در نگاه شریعت به مقوله سحر با رویکردی به اندیشه های مولانا تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable سحر چیزی است، که مأخذ آن لطیف و دقیق می­ باشد به طوری که با چشم عادی دیده نمی ­شود و از طرق عادی منشاء آن را نمی ­توان یافت. انگیزه انتخاب این موضوع در میان دیگر موضوعات این است که برخی از مردم به دلایل مختلفی از جمله: نازل کردن شیاطین برای کشف گم­شده­ها، ایجاد اختلاف بین زن و شوهر و تسخیر نمودن جن و ملائکه و ... به سحر روی می ­آورند. از سوی دیگر قرآن کریم به صراحت به مسئله سحر پرداخته و تجلی این آیات را در اشعار عارف نامی مولانا جلال­ الدین بلخی می­ یابیم. نظر به این که هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی «سحر از منظر فقه و مولانا» می ­باشد، نخست مفهوم سحر از نظر لغوی و فقهی و سپس دیدگاه مولانا مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفته و بهره نهایی مقاله مبین آن است که سحر فی الجمله حرام و نظر مولانا نیز بر این امر استوار می ­باشد. The magic is something with a subtle source, which is not seen with eye, and its source cannot be found in a normal way. The magic has a variety of forms that have harmful and non-harmful effects. The wizards use the latter one to deceive people. The motive for choosing this topic among other ones is that some people resort to the magic for different reasons such as: outbreaking demons for the discovery of the lost, confliction between the couples, and conquering the fairies and angels, etc. On the other hand, some verses of the Holy Quran expressly address the magic, and we find the manifestation of these verses in the poems of Mawlana Jalal-ud-Din Balkhi-Rumi. Since the main purpose of the present study was to examine "the magic from the perspectives of jurisprudence and Mawlana", first, the concept of magic was investigated on the basis of both literal and juridical terms and the perspective of Mawlana.
